CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomatoes or tomato juice
1 med. head cabbage, chopped

Put a layer of ground beef, onion, rice and salt and pepper. Put on top of cabbage and then place another layer of cabbage on top of meat mixture. Pour tomatoes over top. Bake 1 hour.
