CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE | |
1 head cabbage 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 c. uncooked rice 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 cans tomato soup 1 c. water Shred cabbage and line 13 x 9 inch casserole with 1/2 the cabbage. Mix the chuck and rice with a cup of water and put mixture on top of cabbage, distributing evenly. Put the other 1/2 cabbage over meat mixture and top with tomato soup. Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
