MARYLAND CRAB IMPERIAL 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1/2 sm. green pepper, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crabmeat
Buttered bread crumbs

Make a white sauce using butter, flour, salt, pepper, mustard and milk. Add green peppers, Worcestershire sauce and crab to white sauce. Pour into a well buttered casserole dish. Cover with crumbs and bake at 400 degrees until brown on top.
