JUDY DEE'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 sq. of unsweetened chocolate
2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
2 1/4 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. boiling water

Mix eggs, sugar and butter and chocolate (melt chocolate), add sifted flour and baking soda and salt mix and add sour cream and vanilla. After all is mixed add 1 cup boiling water. (Don't worry it will be watery, but it's OK.) Bake in bundt cake pan at 350 degrees 45 minutes or longer. Check to see if done with tooth pick! "Don't over bake", a very moist cake.

ICING:

3 sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar (more if needed to thicken)
1 tsp. vanilla

Very, very good and the moistest cake I've ever made.
