DEE-LISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped celery

Brown ground beef and add onion. When cooked, add remaining ingredients. Put in 9x13 baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Very soupy before cooking. Stir once at half way point.
