BAKED "BRUNCH" FRENCH TOAST 
10 slices white bread
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

Remove crust and cube bread and place 1/2 in bottom of greased 9x13 cake pan. Cube and place cream cheese on top of bread cubes. Add remaining bread cubes. Combine eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over top of cubed bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

This was very easy to put together the night prior and pop in the oven the morning of a group brunch. I added Cinnamon and Sugar on top, next time I will mix them in with the eggs. The cream cheese stayed in clumps, next time I will blend and spread them onto the first layer of bread, I also plan on adding vanilla when I mix the cream cheese. My guests enjoyed it, they plan on making this with a strawberry flavored cream cheese.

All in all an enjoyable meal, feed 8 easily.
