OVEN BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1/4 c. soft butter
2 tbsp. honey
Sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
6 slices of bread

Combine butter, honey and cinnamon in 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat together eggs, salt and orange juice. Dip bread in egg mixture. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

We moved & I hadn't located my skillet, so I thought I would try this. I placed the baking dish in the oven with the honey, butter, and cinnamon for two minutes so I could really stir it together. I really liked the ras he results for a non-overnight baked French toast. My husband did not enjoy the twang caused by the Orange juice. But the honey crisp side was great. I used Pepperidge Farm brown sugar cinnamon swirl bread which is our favorite for French toast.
