4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. honey

Mix eggs, juice and salt. Melt butter and add cinnamon and honey and pour on bottom of jelly roll pan. Dip bread (Texas toast bread is good) in egg, juice and salt mixture and place in pan. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. (Watch closely so it doesn't burn.) Serve with syrup, powdered sugar or any favorite topping.
