OVEN BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
Approximately 12 bread slices
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to butter. Coat bread on both sides with mixture. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Stack 2 layers thick. Beat eggs. Add milk to eggs; mix. Pour mixture over bread slices. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
