BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 sm. loaf French bread
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. sliced strawberries or raspberries

1. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Diagonally cut bread into 1 inch slices and place in baking pan; set aside.

2. In a medium bowl lightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir in milk until well blended. Pour mixture over bread, turning slices to coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Preheat oven 375 degrees F. In a small bowl combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4. Turn over bread slices. Scatter blueberries over bread and sprinkle evenly with crumb mixture. Bake 40 minutes or golden brown.

5. Cut into squares and top with strawberries or raspberries. Serves 8-10.
