MAPLE FRENCH TOAST BAKE 
12 slices of bread, cubed
8 eggs
1/2 c. maple syrup
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
additional maple syrup

Arrange half of the bread cubes in a 2 quart pan. Top with cream cheese cubes, then add remaining bread cubes. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Serve with additional syrup.
