QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) shell
2 c. Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon, crushed and crumbled
3 tbsp. green onions, sliced
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 c. broccoli

Sprinkle Swiss cheese, bacon and onion over shell. Beat together eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add to pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
