QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 lb. bacon, cut up, fried
4 to 5 green onions, chopped
10 eggs, beaten
Pinch of nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Stand 15 minutes before serving.
