HAMBURGER BUNS 
2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lard
2 pkgs. yeast
5 c. flour

Bring water, sugar, lard and salt to a boil and then cool to lukewarm. Form into balls about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Put on greased cookie sheet and flatten with hands. Raise 50 minutes. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Brush with butter while still warm.
