HAMBURGER BUNS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 beaten egg
3 c. flour
Sesame seeds for top

Mix yeast and warm water. Add remaining ingredients except seeds. Let rise about 1 hour. Drop from serving spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with seeds. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. (Sometimes I add cheese and chopped green onion to the batter - good!)
