VEAL GOULASH | |
4 tbsp. oil 2 lbs. cubed veal 1 c. celery 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. paprika Brown veal in oil. Add celery and onions. Cook until tender. Mix tomato sauce, water, sugar, paprika and salt. Pour over meat. Cover. Simmer 2 hours. Serve over noodles with butter and parsley. |
