NAN'S ROCKY ROAD MICROWAVE FUDGE
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (8 oz.)
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (1/2 of 14 oz. can)
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Lightly grease a 9"x5" microwave pan, line with waxed paper. Put chips into a 4 cup microwave safe container and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once, or until melted. Stir in milk and butter and microwave on high for 60 seconds, stirring once, until butter is melted. Remove from oven and stir in vanilla and marshmallows. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill about four hours or until firm enough to cut. Cut into 1" squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

Love this recipe; very smooth and creamy. I did reduce the amount of vanilla to 1 1/2 tsp. vs. 1 1/2 tbsp. Made a less harsh flavoring.
