AUNT MIMI'S KEY LIME PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
4 drops green food coloring
1 1/2 tsp. grated lime zest
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill mixture until it starts to congeal.

In a separate bowl (after jello has started to thicken and congeal) mix condensed milk, lime juice, food coloring and grated lime zest. Mix until well blended. Stir in sour cream: then fold in the jello. Pour into crust. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Garnish with whipped topping and lime twists or slices.
