"MICROWAVE" CHERRY DELIGHT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can "light" cherry pie filling
1-2 sticks butter
2-4 c. pecans, chopped

Pour cherry pie filling in bottom of 12 x 8 inch microwaveable dish. Pour pineapple on top of pie filling. Slowly sprinkle all of dry cake mix evenly on top of pineapple. Add pecans. Pour melted butter on top of all.

Microwave 17 minutes on ROAST, then 6 minutes on HIGH or bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees in conventional oven. (Be sure to spread the mixture until it is level in dish before microwaving).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
