LINGUINE CIBORARA 
3/4 stick of butter
1 1/2 to 2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, chopped
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 lb. linguine
3 to 4 eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan cheese)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. heavy cream

Melt butter, saute' chopped onion and bacon until brown. Add 1/2 cup wine and simmer, covered 20 to 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix eggs, cheese, salt and pepper, cream whip it. Boil up pasta. Drain well. Add egg mixture first and then bacon mixture. Serve immediately piping hot. Enjoy!
