QUICK, BUT GOOD, CHICKEN-N-DUMPLINGS | |
1 can Sweet Sue's whole cooked chicken 2 cans biscuits 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. flour 4 c. water 2 c. milk Salt & pepper Take chicken and remove from bones. Also drain and save broth. Take chicken (boned) and broth and pour into large pan. Add water, milk and cream chicken, flour, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Take biscuits and pinch off pieces to form dumplings. Put pieces directly into boiling chicken. Cook until dumplings are fluffy. Serves about 6 to 8. |
