QUICHE 
1 deep pie crust
1/2 lb. ham, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Sprinkle ham to cover bottom of pie crust. Beat eggs and mix with cream of mushroom soup and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (when knife comes out clean).

You can substitute sausage in place of ham. If desired, add dehydrated onions by sprinkling over ham before adding filling.
