CRAB QUICHE | |
Frozen pie shell 8 oz. crab meat 1 c. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, finely grated 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. half and half 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. onion soup mix Mix together and put in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until done. |
