CRAB QUICHE | |
1 crust, covered with butter 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. plain flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. crab meat 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Bake crust for 10 minutes at 400 degrees; prick shell. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
