CRAB QUICHE 
1 egg
4 tsp. flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
8 oz. flaked crab meat
1 tbsp. green onions
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

Beat egg, flour and mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
