TORTIERE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. ground pork
Water
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion
4 med. potatoes, cooked & mashed
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 (2 crust) 9 inch pie crusts

Cook meat, being certain that pork is thoroughly cooked. Transfer to Dutch oven and add enough water to cover meat. Add onion, salt and pepper. Cook together for at least 45 minutes. Add potato and spices and turn equal amounts of mixture into 3 pie crusts. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
