MUSHROOM & ONION RICE | |
1 can beef broth bouillon 1 can liquid onion soup 1 can or jar sliced mushrooms 1 stick melted butter 1 1/4 c. uncooked rice (long grain) Grease inside of medium-sized casserole with some butter so casserole does not stick and it makes for easy clean up. Open all cans of soup and pour into casserole dish; add uncooked rice and stir. Cover casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Dish is done when rice absorbs all liquids and sliced mushrooms rise to the top. |
