4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
2 (7 oz. ea.) jars marshmallow creme (Kraft)
3 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. chocolate chips
6 (1 oz. ea.) sq. bitter-sweet chocolate
2 cups nuts (optional)

Boil sugar, milk, butter and salt for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients except nuts.

Mix until well blended. Add nuts, if desired.

Pour into ungreased pan.

Makes 5 pounds.
