FRUIT AND TAPIOCA PUDDING 
4 boxes vanilla tapioca pudding
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 cans pineapple tidbits
3 bananas, sliced

Drain liquid from fruit and add enough water to make 6 cups. Stir into pudding. Bring to a boil and boil until thick and clear. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring and a few drops of banana or orange extract. Cool 1/2 hour. Add fruit. Chill until set.
