ORANGE & FRUIT SALAD 
2 boxes vanilla tapioca pudding
1 sm. orange Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 big can mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Open & drain fruits, save juice to make 3 c. with water added
Cool Whip

Bring Jello, pudding mix, juice and water to boil, boil 1 minute. Cool and add fruits, use 1/2 can mandarin oranges in salad. Cool again until cold. Add marshmallows and cool Whip. Decorate salad with mandarin oranges, Maraschino cherries and coconut if you like.
