BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
pepper to taste
chopped onion (whatever you prefer)

Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, mayonnaise, beaten eggs, cheese and onion. Mix well and add broccoli. Put in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Dot with butter.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
