TAYLA'S FAVORITE BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayo
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack ritz crackers, crumbled
butter
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli; drain. Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Butter the sides of baking dish. Pour in mixture and top with ritz crackers. Then pat with butter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350°F or until brown. May be reheated and will remain soft.
