2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg ritz crackers
2 eggs

Cook frozen broccoli and drain; mix together mayo, onion, mushroom soup, cheese and eggs. Set aside. In casserole dish put broccoli on bottom, then pour mixture, the crushed ritz crackers and pour on to, then melt butter; pour over top of crackers and bake at 350°F for 30 min or until cheese is melted and crackers are brown.
