BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary

Arrange in greased baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour over fish. Bake for 45 minutes.
