Filet of halibut 1 c. tomato juice 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 to 5 dashes hot pepper sauce Dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. white wine 3 tbsp. lemon juice In baking dish place fish, add all of the ingredients. Better if prepared an hour or so before cooking. Put in 400 degree oven and cook for 45 minutes or until fish flakes off. Serve with rice. |
