1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats, uncooked quick or old fashioned
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch. Drop by level tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crispier cookies. makes about 4 dozen cookies.
