SOUR CREAM APPLE CRUMB 
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
3 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together the first 5 ingredients, then add the apples and toss. Pour into 10 inch pie plate and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile cream together the flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon into a crumbly mixture; put on top of apples and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
