APPLE SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix all together.

2 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. peeled, chopped apples
Powdered sugar

Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all ingredients except apple and powdered sugar. Beat vigorously for 1 minute.

Spread 1/3 of the batter (about 1 1/4 cups) in pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel filling. Sprinkle with 1 cup apple. Repeat with 1/3 of the batter, half the filling and 1 cup apple. Spread the remaining batter.

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
