ORANGE ROUGHEY 
1 1/2 lbs. orange roughey
1/3 c. olive oil
2 to 3 dashes Kikkoman Teriyaki light sauce
1/2 lime juice and pulp
1/2 lemon juice and pulp
1 orange-juice and pulp
Dash red wine
1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic, if desired
1 tsp. parsley flakes

In 13 x 9 glass dish, combine all of the above ingredients except the fish. After mixing well, add the fish and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate. Marinade for 1 to 8 hours. Barbeque on grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy.
