1 (2") thick ham slice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
2 tbsp. chili sauce
Dash paprika
Juice of 2 oranges
Pulp & grated rind of 1 orange

Place ham in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, simmer 5 minutes. Pour over ham. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serves 4.
