MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts per person OR whole chicken

1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 oz. can Salza green chilies
8 oz. sour cream

Mix together for sauce.

1 dozen corn tortillas, cut up
1 lb. grated longhorn cheese

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Layer: tortilla pieces, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 grated cheese. Repeat. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
