BEEF OR CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg per person
1 tbsp. water
Boneless beef roast (size depending on party size) or whole chicken
1 can broth
2 c. bouillon

Bake meat at 350 degrees until done. Let cool and pull apart.

In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, salt, and water; add flour until dough does not stick to hands; knead dough and roll out. Cut dough into squares; bring broth and bouillon with 1 cup water to simmer. Add meat and noodles. Add noodles slowly and stir so they don't stick together. Simmer for 30 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
