BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2-2 lb. beef roast or round steak
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Salt, pepper & garlic

Tenderize meat and cube into bite-size pieces. Simmer meat in large pot with just enough water to cover meat. Add mushrooms. Mix soups and milk. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain meat. Add soup mixture and stir thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add noodles to meat mixture and blend thoroughly. Serve with garlic bread.
