SHERRIED BEEF 
3 or 4 lbs. beef roast cut in small pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. sherry or red cooking wine
1/2 pkg. onion soup
2 cans mushrooms, do not drain
1 pkg. noodles

Simmer beef until tender. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to beef. Pour over cooked noodles.
