SHERRY BEEF 
3 lbs. lean beef (top round, sirloin, etc.), cubed
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
3/4 c. sherry wine

Heat mushroom soup with wine; add onion soup mix and stir until dissolved. Add uncooked beef and simmer on top of stove for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
