3 lb. stew beef, lean round, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Knorr onion soup mix
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

In a large casserole combine all ingredients. No need to brown the stew meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours, or put in crockpot all day while you are at work. Serves 6. Excellent and easy!
