SHERRY BEEF CASSEROLE 
3 lb. stewing beef, trim off fat & cut to bite size
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
3/4 c. California cooking sherry
1 pkg. dry Lipton's onion soup

No need to brown meat, combine above and put in large casserole, cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
