1/3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (crushed up)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter
1-2 drumsticks per person

In a small bowl mix together crushed up stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder. Mix well. Melt butter. Brush each drumstick with butter, roll in stuffing mixture. Arrange in 8 x 8 inch microwave dish with meaty ends towards edge. Sprinkle any remaining crumbs over top. Cover with paper towel. Cook on 100% power 9-11 minutes or until tender, turn dish after 5 minutes.
