POTATO SALAD with Egg 
10 to 12 potatoes, cooked with skins on; peeled, diced
6 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. (each) chopped onion, chopped sweet pickle
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Add enough mayonnaise, prepared mustard and milk so potatoes are the consistency you like; sprinkle paprika on top. (It's better made a day ahead.)
