LO - CAL BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. 99% fat free cottage cheese
3 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion

Put first 3 ingredients in blender. Cover and blend 20 seconds on low speed. Scrape sides, blend 20 seconds on medium speed until creamy. Put in small jar. Fold in cheese and onions. Keeps one week in refrigerator. Diet serving: 1 tablespoon = 18 calories. Makes 1 cup.
